Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Rates

Standard ground shipping is free on every order shipped within the continental United States, which is the lower 48 states plus Washington DC. There is no minimum order.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories ship at a flat rate of $25.

The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay. We do not add shipping charges after an order is placed.

Oversized items

Boat covers, bimini tops, seating, decking, and other oversized items ship on the same terms. No surcharge and no additional freight charge.

Carriers and transit time

We ship via UPS Ground or USPS. Allow 4 to 10 business days for delivery within the continental United States after your order ships. Allow additional time for Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories.

Processing

Orders ship from Jasper, Georgia or Pontotoc, Mississippi. We ship complete orders together when we can. If part of your order is delayed, we ship what is ready and follow with the rest at no additional charge.

Local pickup

Pickup is available at both locations. Select Pickup at checkout, choose your location, and we will email you when your order is ready. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the building. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days, email onlinesales@prodigyboats.com.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Confirm it before you submit your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
