Returns and exchanges

We stand behind what we sell. If something is not right, contact us and we will make it right.

Return window

Returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

Authorization required

Email onlinesales@prodigyboats.com before you ship anything back. Include your order number and what you are returning. We will send you a return authorization. Returns sent without authorization may be refused.

Condition

Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging, hardware, and instructions included. Put a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation in the box.

Restocking fee

Authorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The restocking fee is deducted from the original amount billed and the balance is credited to the original payment method.

Return shipping

You pay return shipping. Ship prepaid via UPS or USPS and insure the shipment for the full purchase value. Use the original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.

Final sale items

The following are sold as-is and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Mud motor propellers, prop adaptors, and prop hardware
• Performance parts and performance hardware
• Clearance items
• Custom, cut-to-order, and made-to-order items
• Services, including appraisals

Final sale is noted on the product page for every item it applies to. If you are not sure whether an item is final sale, ask before you order.

Exchanges

We exchange apparel for a different size at no restocking charge. You pay shipping both ways. Email us for authorization before you ship the item back.

If we got it wrong

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it and cover the shipping. No restocking fee.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
